Heads Up an Astrology Tidbit for Today

Good Day to everyone!  I just wanted to take the opportunity to throw out some ideas I had about some astrological transits going on for today Wednesday March 27, 2013.  I feel they may be of some great significance and all to often I talk to folks about things running around in my head but never put it out there in print.  So I have decided to use this blog now and then to do just that.  I hope it makes sense to most of you but inquiries are always welcome.


"Today we have Mars (assertive, drive, anger and aggression) in Aries (impulsive, exact, dynamic and rash) just past exact square with Pluto (change, inhalation, destruction, death) in Cap (structures, systems, governments and business) and the Moon (always a trigger for change and events in transit charts imbued with dynamic emotions) to oppose Mars and square Pluto at 11 Libra (maintaining status quo but also dealing with war and peace balance issues) around 2:14 PM PDT (5:14 PM EDT).  Could be a very volatile or explosive world event somewhere and or the US Supreme Court DOMA hearings or both.

On a more specific level or matter I don’t think this transit bodes well for the Supreme Court hearing on DOMA.  As in not sure there will be a good outcome for the plaintiffs: the gay and lesbian community.

Today we have Mars in Aries just past exact square with Pluto in Cap and the Moon to oppose Mars and square Pluto at 11 Libra around 1 PM PDT (4 PM EDT).  Could be a very volatile or explosive event!

Also at this time we have Venus conj the Sun at 7 degrees of Aries and Venus is the dispositor of the Moon in Libra.  Casting or placing the chart for Washington, DC were the court hearing is taking place we have Leo rising and the Sun is in the 9th house of Law and the High Courts.  Venus rules the 4th house the outcome of the matter and 11th as well (the values of the judges as is the 2nd house from the 10th of the justices). The justices themselves are ruled by the 10th which is Aries and the ruler/owner of the 10th is Mars which sits in the 9th as well (9th house is a full house with this issue: Venus, Sun, Uranus and Mars).

As mentioned above Mars is in an opposition (confrontational, head butting and or compromise) to the Moon in Libra and a square (stressful & uncomfortable position) with Pluto. Of course there are the permutations of the other 2 planets involved to Moon and Pluto to consider from other angles. 

We will just have to wait and see I suppose. "
